Returns

How do I return an item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, color variation, size expectations, or change of mind. Each piece is handcrafted to order, and to maintain hygiene standards for all our customers, our textiles are non-returnable once delivered.

We recommend recording an unboxing video when your order arrives — it helps us resolve any issues quickly if needed.

In the rare event of damage in transit, manufacturing defect, or incorrect item delivered, we offer immediate replacement or exchange.

Please report within 48 hours of delivery to support@misoliliving.com with:

  • Unboxing video (required)
  • Clear photos of the issue (required)

Our team will verify and arrange your replacement right away.

Reverse Pickup & Exchange Timeline

We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of exchange, your new order will be sent on its way 4-5 working days after we receive your returned product.

About pickup and exchange timeline?

Refund shall be made through the original payment mode. Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 7–10 business days of dispatch.

Express shipping (where available) delivers within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.

For COD Orders a flat rate of ₹300 is applied.

For items below ₹1000, a nominal delivery fee is applied.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking link.

Who delivers my order?

All Misoli products are shipped from our Jaipur studio through trusted courier partners across India.Your package is handled carefully from our hands to your home.

What if I’m not available during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to three times.

If all attempts fail, the order may return to us, please ensure your contact details and address are accurate.

How can I pay?

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

Can I do cash on delivery?

We give the option of Cash on Delivery for selected pin codes.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across India only. International shipping will be available soon.
